The Danish Dairy Exhibition is a trade exhibition for those working in the dairy industry and their suppliers. All dairy products participate in a rating session, and awards are presented to the winners of the various categories.
At the same time it is also an exhibition with shows the extremely large number of different and varied dairy products manufactured.
Purpose
The general purpose of the exhibition is to contribute to a corporate culture within the dairy world by means of supplementary training, professional pride, product knowledge, quality assessment and a positive image management internally as well as publicly.
Furthermore the Danish Dairy Exhibition is the venue where dairy people meet and network.
Danish Food Contest
In later years the food industry has joined together in close cooperation through the Danish Agriculture & Food Council, and in 2011 the Danish Dairy Exhibition therefore extended the scope of the exhibition by sharing the dairy trade exhibition with all of the food industry, resulting in professional quality assessments and an exhibition of all kinds of food products: Danish Food Contest.
